Bu Gizlilik Politikası, Aquariumy mobil uygulaması ("Uygulama") kapsamında kişisel verilerinizin işlenmesine ilişkin 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) ve Avrupa Birliği Genel Veri Koruma Tüzüğü (GDPR) uyarınca sizi bilgilendirmeyi amaçlar. Uygulama, kullanıcıların sanal akvaryumlar oluşturup yönetebileceği, balık, dekorasyon ve aksesuar satın alıp akvaryumlarını kişiselleştirebileceği bir mobil oyundur. Uygulamayı kullanırken aşağıdaki verileri toplarız: Kimlik ve İletişim: e-posta adresi, ad, soyadı Profil: profil fotoğrafı (isteğe bağlı) Hesap Bilgileri: Google hesap adı ve e-posta (Google ile giriş yapılırsa) Oyun Verileri (Firestore'da saklanır): • Seviye, altın miktarı, elmas miktarı • Akvaryumlar (isim, su tipi, seçili akvaryum) • Balıklar (tür, cinsiyet, boyut, sağlık, açlık, özel isim) • Dekorasyonlar ve aksesuarlar (konum, ölçek, dönüş) • Arka plan seçimleri • Satın alınan yemler Cihaz Verileri: push bildirim tokeni (FCM) ve genel cihaz kimliği Ödeme Verileri: Kredi kartı veya ödeme bilgileriniz TARAFIMIZCA TOPLANMAZ. Tüm ödeme işlemleri Apple App Store ve Google Play tarafından güvenli şekilde işlenir.
Verilerinizi şu amaçlarla işleriz: • Hesap oluşturma ve kimlik doğrulama (e-posta/şifre veya Google ile giriş) • Oyun ilerlemenizi kaydetme ve senkronize etme • Balık açlık ve sağlık durumuyla ilgili push bildirimleri gönderme • Günlük ziyaret bonusu ve oyun içi ekonomi yönetimi • Uygulama içi satın alma işlemlerini doğrulama • Destek ve hata bildirimlerinizi yanıtlama • Kötüye kullanımı önleme ve hizmet kalitesini koruma Hukuki dayanaklar: açık rıza, sözleşmenin ifası, meşru menfaat ve hukuki yükümlülük.
Uygulama aşağıdaki üçüncü taraf hizmetlerini kullanır: Firebase (Google): Kimlik doğrulama, veritabanı (Firestore), dosya depolama, push bildirimleri ve sunucu işlevleri için kullanılır. Google'ın gizlilik politikası geçerlidir. Google Sign-In: İsteğe bağlı Google hesabıyla giriş imkanı sağlar. Apple App Store & Google Play: Uygulama dağıtımı ve uygulama içi satın almalar bu platformlar üzerinden gerçekleşir. Ödeme bilgileriniz yalnızca bu platformlarla paylaşılır, biz görmeyiz.
Verileriniz, hesabınız aktif olduğu sürece Firebase sunucularında saklanır. Hesabınızı silmek isterseniz uygulama içi "Hesabı Sil" seçeneğini kullanabilir veya nailartsupport@gmail.com adresine e-posta gönderebilirsiniz. Hesap silindiğinde tüm kişisel ve oyun verileriniz kalıcı olarak kaldırılır. KVKK m.11 ve GDPR kapsamında verilerinize erişme, düzeltme, silme, işleme kısıtlama ve taşıma haklarına sahipsiniz. Uygulama genel kitleye yöneliktir. 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklardan bilerek kişisel veri toplamayız. Böyle bir durumu öğrenmemiz halinde ilgili verileri derhal sileriz.
Bu gizlilik politikası zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Önemli değişikliklerde uygulama içinde bildirim gösteririz. Güncel politikaya her zaman aquariumy.web.app/privacy adresinden ulaşabilirsiniz.

This Privacy Policy explains how your personal data is processed in connection with the Aquariumy mobile application ("App") in compliance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The App is a mobile game that allows users to create and manage virtual aquariums, purchase fish, decorations, and accessories to personalize their aquariums. When you use the App, we collect the following data: Identity & Contact: email address, first name, last name Profile: profile photo (optional) Account Info: Google account name and email (if signing in with Google) Game Data (stored in Firestore): • Level, gold balance, gem balance • Aquariums (name, water type, selected aquarium) • Fish (species, gender, size, health, hunger, custom name) • Decorations and accessories (position, scale, rotation) • Background selections • Purchased feed Device Data: push notification token (FCM) and general device identifier Payment Data: Your credit card or payment details are NOT collected by us. All payment transactions are securely processed by Apple App Store and Google Play.
We process your data for the following purposes: • Account creation and authentication (email/password or Google Sign-In) • Saving and syncing your game progress • Sending push notifications about fish hunger and health status • Daily visit bonus and in-game economy management • Verifying in-app purchases • Responding to support requests and bug reports • Preventing abuse and maintaining service quality Legal bases: explicit consent, contract performance, legitimate interest, and legal obligation.
The App uses the following third-party services: Firebase (Google): Used for authentication, database (Firestore), file storage, push notifications, and server functions. Google's privacy policy applies. Google Sign-In: Provides optional login with a Google account. Apple App Store & Google Play: App distribution and in-app purchases are handled through these platforms. Your payment information is only shared with these platforms; we never see it.
Your data is stored on Firebase servers as long as your account is active. To delete your account, use the "Delete Account" option within the App or email nailartsupport@gmail.com. Upon account deletion, all personal and game data is permanently removed. Under KVKK Art. 11 and GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, and port your data. The App is intended for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such data, we will delete it immediately.
This privacy policy may be updated from time to time. We will notify you within the App of any material changes. The current policy is always available at aquariumy.web.app/privacy.
